Please remember that there are no postal or courier collections from us over the Easter period. Last collection will be on Thursday 9 April and resume again on Tuesday 14th April. For a guarantee delivery please order early.


UK Delivery Charges:

Notes:

• Products are dispatched between 1 – 7 working days after receipt of order and, when appropriate, receipt of prescription.
• Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays
• Non-prescription items valued under £99 - Sent 1st Class Royal Mail


• Prescription items valued under £99 - Sent 1st Class Royal Mail


• Prescription items valued over £99 - Sent FedEX
• All orders including food with a total value of £60 or above - Sent FedEX
• Orders including food with a total of under £60 - Sent FedEX
• Some exceptions to the above delivery styles may be applied at the discretion of Bestpet
• If your order is given a tracking number you can track its progress at by clicking the 'track' button on the Track/Reorder page
• Returns & Collections There is a £10 restocking charge for returned foods and a £5 charge for all other products. This will be deducted from your total refund. All items returned must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
  Legally we cannot accept any returns of prescription medicines for refund, they can be returned for disposal only
  If you require us to collect any goods there will be a further charge of £6.00 to cover courier costs.

• Time to deliver refers to time after dispatch from the Bestpet warehouse.
• There may be exceptions to the above timings. If a product is out of stock or will take longer than expected to arrive Bestpet staff will contact you.
