ATTENTION: Repeat Prescriptions

If next to the product prescription you see the words PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED  This means we require a prescription written by your vet and posted or faxed to us before we can dispense your medication.  N.B. If you send a fax prescription you must send the original to us

You can obtain a prescription in 2 ways
Ask your vet to write you out a prescription ( He cannot refuse)
Or
Download a blank prescription form from our web site and ask your vet to complete it. Some vets do prefer to use their own Headed Notepaper for prescriptions.
When we receive your prescription and we have your order we can then dispense and post out your medication to you.

Repeat prescriptions
Your vet may write you out a single or a repeat prescription. A repeat prescription will state the number of times your prescription may be repeated.
If your pet has a long term condition, your vet may give you a repeat prescription, which can be repeatable for 5 times plus the original prescription, or open for six months. This will save you the trip back to the vet every month.
When you next go to the vet ask him or her to write on your pets prescription either: Repeatable 5 times, or, Repeat prescription valid for six months.
When we receive your 5 repeat or six month repeatable prescription we will refund you your prescription cost up to a value of £5.00 which is what most vets charge.
